A brief introduction into what we will be covering in the course, as well a s a breif explanation on what Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is and what you can expect.
Here we look at what Neuro- Linguistic Programming (NLP) can do to assist you in getting the most out of life and how you can assist others.
In this lesson, we will go through the fundamentals of setting achievable goals. We look at outcome versus state, being realistic, and how to know that you are on track to your well formed outcome.
In this lesson we go through the presuppositions or assumptions of Neuro-Lingistic Programming (NLP). These are like the guidelines that you can implement into your own life to live with less judgement and broaden your mind.

In this lesson we talk about rapport and what it is to be in rapport with someone. We go through various strategies to be able to gain rapport with anyone and then lead the conversation.
This lesson also includes a fun exercise to do while you are at a social gathering to practice your mirroring, matching, pacing and leading.
In this lesson we explain what an anchor is, and then demonstrate how to create and use an anchor as well as give multiple examples of how to use this technique.
In this lesson we go through how to stack multiple resources and states onto the same anchor. This is a great follow on from the single anchor.
In this lesson we look at chaining anchors. What this is, is where we take an unresourceful state, and create and number of anchors to a positive state. Then we fire them off one at a time in order, to end up at out resourceful state.
Here in this lesson, we discuss collapsing anchors. We use this to eliminate negative feelings towards something or to make others feel better towards something. We do this by creating a positive and a negative hand and then present both and take the negative away.
In this lesson we look at spacial anchors, that is, anchors that occupy space in the real world. We look at how we can use them and what resources to fill them with. This lesson also includes a complete demonstration of the 'Power Circle'.
In this lesson we discuss how time is not 'real' and how we can use that to eliminate past issues that still case us grief or any other emotion, as well as any anxiety we are feeling towards a future event and any concerns that we perceive will show up.
In this lesson we talk about the theory behind Timelines and the root cause of negative emotions being at that certain point in time and how they create these repeating patterns in our lives.
This is a full demonstration of the Timeline script, where we release the negative emotions of anger, sadness, fear hurt and guilt as well as the limiting belief of not being good enough and heal the inner child.
In this lesson we discuss the powers of metaphors and just how to use them and how useful they are in achieving a positive result for the people we are using the metaphor on or for.
In this lesson, we take two conflicting parts of the same issue, find the common ground between the two and merge them together. What we mean with this, is that we take the part that is good/you like/is of benefit, and keep 'chunking up' until we reach a very positive resource, and then do the same for the part that is bad/you dislike/ you perceive to have no benefit until we reach the same word or the same feeling, before merging those two parts.
With this lesson, we look at how to remove the instant feeling and issues we have when coming face to face with people. Giving you a chance to experience new emotions and have different, more pleasant feelings towards them.
Just a quick wrap up and overview of the course that you have just completed!
