Unfortunately I found this course to be boring. The title suggests that it’s going to be about positivity, but she mentions more about the negative sides of mental health, than what I would have liked. I found the speaker to be of a monotone level and lacks any enthusiasm towards her skilled topic. The speaker references too much about various treatments without explanation and uses too many quotations. I listen to lots of motivational speakers and get more from them, than what I did from this course.
The course was very useful and I enjoyed taking the time to learn something new.
Felt it was very wordy and could have used a lot more visual aids (like videos or pictures) to engage the student. It would have also helped if the key points were listed e.g in Composure the 7 ? points - the speaker spoke at a pace i could not keep up with and therefore had to keep going back. At one point could not revisit the lesson as i pressed the incorrect button by mistake. The speaker had a very monotone voice which i struggled with. However, the contents of the course was very informative and useful, for both my personal and work life. Thank you
