Supporting Employee Mental Health in the Workplace is a 60-minute practical training designed for supervisors, managers, and HR professionals. This session equips leaders with the knowledge and confidence to recognize signs of mental distress, have supportive and appropriate conversations, and foster psychologically safe work environments, while maintaining performance, professionalism, and legal boundaries. 

Participants will learn mental health fundamentals, dispel common myths, understand when and how to refer employees for additional support, and explore workplace accommodations and compliance best practices.
