Course Objectives

Understand and work with core Salesforce objects: Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities. Execute a basic Lead → Opportunity workflow, including lead conversion. Create and customize List Views, Reports, and Dashboards. Import small datasets using the Data Import Wizard and apply basic data quality practices. Understand simple security concepts such as roles, profiles, ownership, and sharing. Recognize introductory automation options and when to extend Salesforce using AppExchange.
