About the Course

Risk, Competition, and Winning in Globalism 2.0.Risk Analysis, Market Expansion, and the New Rules.

This 1-day, 3-hour class will introduce managers to the new realities of Risk, Competition, and Geopolitics. Globalism 2.0 is here - offering profitable new opportunities but hiding significant new risks. We'll spend a little time on background and theory -- and then get to work with a business toolkit that you'll be able to start using right away. We'll look at the advantages and pitfalls of AI and discuss how to present results like a true boss. The class will finish with 2 real-time analyses of China and Mexico.  

Course Objective

Participants will leave this course with the tools and knowledge to prepare comprehensive risk analysis, competitive analysis, and market analysis. 

We will take a “toolbox approach” that leans heavily on classic frameworks and models but applies them to our Globalism 2.0 environment.
